The lovely little details in those first days of life…. newborn photography is a wonderful way to celebrate your beautiful new baby! Rayven Jade Photography in Prince George BC, captures timeless and organic baby photos that will be treasured for many years to come.

Knowing how important this special time is and taking on each session with safety first, I will use my creativity to capture your beautiful baby with gentle posing and soft soothing techniques. You can expect your newborn session to last around 2-3 hours. Baby photos are best captured in their natural state so no need to provide clothing or anything other than your beautiful baby! I have many soft wraps, blankets, headbands and bonnets and tiny sized props, ment for newborns, that will be incorporated into your session.

Your Newborn photos are taken at Rayven Jade Photography’s studio. I often book out several months in advance, so it is best to book in your newborn photography session while you are still pregnant. Once booked, your due date will be penciled into my calendar. Then as soon as baby arrives, you let me know so that we can schedule the exact time and date of your session. Newborn sessions are best done in the first 14 days of life (most preferably between 5-10 days old). The timeline for newborn photographs is important as little ones become less sleepy and harder to pose as they grow older. Some last minute sessions can be available, or if your new baby is a bit older, don’t worry, there is still time to capture gorgeous photos, just contact me for further information.

Newborn Collections

We offer many Collections that include your session, photographers time and talent, access to all studio props and client closet, for your custom planned and designed session. As well as your digital images and beautiful products such as Albums and professional quality prints.  We also have a A La Carte Menu if you prefer to design your own Collection.

Mini Wrapped Newborn.

This session is for baby only. Includes many different personalized Prop sets. Baby will be wrapped and cozy in different ways for each set.  Approx 1 hour session. Includes 10 Digital Images.

Full Newborn Session that includes baby in props, wrapped and posed table images. Parents/Siblings welcome for family photos. (immediate family only)   Approx 3 hour session. Includes 20 digital images.

Full Newborn Session that includes baby in Props, Wrapped and posed table images and Parent/Sibling photos. Grandparents also welcome for a generational photos as well. Approx 3-4 hour session. Your Full Digital Gallery and 3 Mini Accordion Album Keepsakes.
